This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter, the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the website,

located on the domain name https://bbox.rocks , may obtain about the User during the use of the website, programs and products of the website.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1 "Site Administration" - authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of SoftUniq Closed Joint-Stock Company, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purpose of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal data" - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).

1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4 "Confidentiality of personal data" - mandatory for observance by the Operator or other person who obtained access to personal data, the requirement not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.

1.1.5 "Site User (hereinafter "User")" - a person who accesses the Site through the Internet and uses the Site to obtain information or purchase products and software.

1.1.6. "Cookies" are small data fragments sent by a web-server and stored on a user's computer, which a web-client or a web-browser sends to a web-server in an HTTP-request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.7. "IP address" - the unique network address of a node on an IP-based computer network.

1.1.8. "Product" means the Blackbox device used to ensure anonymity in the network, software products used to ensure anonymity in the network, manufactured by the Blackbox manufacturer and offered for sale on the Website.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 Use of the Site by the User means consent to this Privacy Policy and terms of processing of personal data of the User.

2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy User must stop using the site.

2.3.This Privacy Policy applies only to the site https://bbox.rocks/ administration of the site does not control and is not responsible for third parties' websites, to which the User can go through the links available on the site https://bbox.rocks/.

2.4 The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Site User.


3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1 This Privacy Policy states the obligations of the Administration of the Website on nondisclosure and ensuring protection regime of personal data which the User provides upon request of the Administration of the Website upon filling the contact form, upon filling the subscription form, sending requests for information, registration in the online community Blackbox for technical specialists, or upon placing an order for purchasing of goods.

3.2. Personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling the feedback forms or order placement form on the Website https://bbox.rocks/ and may include the following information:

3.2.1. last name, first name, patronymic of the User;

3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;

3.2.3. e-mail address (e-mail). 3.2.4;

3.2.4. address of Goods delivery;

3.2.5. place of residence of User.

3.3 The Web site protects the Data, which is automatically transmitted when you view ad units and when you visit pages where the system's statistical script ("pixel") is installed:

IP address;
information from cookies;
information about the browser (or other program that accesses the display of advertisements);
access time;
address of the page where the ad block is located;
referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1 Disabling cookies may prevent access to parts of the site requiring authorization.

3.3.2 The website collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to detect and resolve technical problems and to control the legality of the financial payments.

3.5 We do NOT collect, use and store any personal data of the User (including IP addresses, device IDs, location information and other) when directly using the Blackbox device, the Blackbox software after the purchase of Goods on the Website and start of use.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER

4.1 Personal information of the User may be used by the Administration of the Website for the purposes of:

4.1.1. Identification of the User, who sent his data, to place an order and (or) to conclude the Agreement of purchase and sale of goods by remote method with the company-manufacturer or distributor of Blackbox.

4.1.2. Giving the User access to personalized resources of the Website.

4.1.3. Establishment of feedback with User, including sending notices, requests regarding the use of the Website, provision of services, processing of requests and applications from User.

4.1.4 Defining the location of the User for security purposes, fraud prevention.

4.1.5 Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by User.

4.1.6. Creating an account for making purchases, if the User has agreed to create an account.

4.1.7 Notifying the User of the Online Store about the status of the Order.

4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming tax or tax benefits, disputing the payment, determining the right to receive a credit line by the User.

4.1.9 Providing the User with effective customer and technical support when problems arise related to the use of the Website.

4.1.10. Providing to User with his consent, product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site or on behalf of partners.

4.1.11. Performing advertising activities with the consent of User.

4.1.12. Giving the User access to the sites or services of the partners in order to receive products, updates and services.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1 Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of time, by any lawful means, including information systems of personal data with or without the use of means of automation.

5.2 The User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purposes of the User's order, executed on the Website https://bbox.rocks/, including the delivery of goods.

5.3 Personal Data of User may be disclosed to authorized bodies only on the grounds and according to the procedure, stipulated by the EU legislation.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5 The Website Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.6 The Site Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences, caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal information.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1 The User shall:

6.1.1 Provide personal data information necessary to use the Site and place an order.

6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.2 Website Administration shall:

6.2.1 Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without prior written permission of User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the personal data of User, except for items 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.

6.2.4 To block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or its legal representative or authorized body for the protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1 The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to misuse of personal data in accordance with the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection and EU legislation, with the exception of cases stipulated by par. 5.2, 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2 In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.

7.2.3. Has been disclosed with the consent of the User.

7.2.4 Was obtained through the use of third-party software on the Site, as a result of which such persons may receive and transmit personal data in anonymized form.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Before going to court to settle disputes arising out of relations between the Site's User and the Administration, it is obligatory to file a claim (written offer to voluntarily settle a dispute).

8.2 The Recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of its consideration in writing within 30 calendar days after receipt of the claim.

8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with applicable EU legislation.

8.4. The current EU legislation shall be applied to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1. The Administration of the Website has the right to make changes in this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. New Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise stipulated by the new Privacy Policy version.
